Anthony was born in Chicago, IL on November 9, 1961 to the Bill Oxford and Naoma (Hobbs) Simmons. He worked as a laborer in construction and in information technology.
He is survived by his daughter, Kayleigh (Will) Reeves of Mesquite, TX, a granddaughter, Everleigh Reeves, his mother, Naoma (Roe) Simmons of Harrisburg, a brother, Richard (Rebecca) Oxford of Eldorado and a sister, Mary (Don) Koester of St. Peters, MO. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, nieces and nephews.
