Joseph Robert "Joe Bob" Carrier, 67, of Carrier Mills, IL died on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at his place of residence. His wishes were to be cremated. There are no services scheduled at this time. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family with arrangements.
Joseph was born on July 18, 1957 in Ledford, IL to the late Kenneth Carrier Sr. and Mary Ann (Dunning) Carrier.
He served in the U.S. Army, then went to on to work as a laborer. He was a jack-of-all-trades and could often be found tinkering in his garage.
Joseph is survived by his 2 Daughters: MeChelle Abdulazizov of Alabama, Jodee Ison of Shawneetown ; 2 Sons: Joshua Carrier of Clarksville, TN and Dakota Carrier of Hardin County, IL; Sister: Linda Staley of Ledford, IL; Brother: Kenny Carrier of Harrisburg, IL, along with 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Kenneth Sr. and Mary Ann Carrier; Brothers: Terry Carrier, Fred Carrier, Farris Carrier and Bill Fulke
