Kenneth Earl Roberts Sr., 83, of Eldorado, passed from this life, February 7, 2025 at the Harrisburg Medical Center under Hospice Care.
"Odie" was born in Eldorado, IL on August 30, 1941 to the late Jesse and Leona (McGovern) Roberts. Odie was a member of the Masonic Lodge and was past master of Eldorado Lodge. Odie owned and operated Roberts Sanitation in Eldorado for 57 years, where everyone knew him.
Odie is survived by his best friend and "family glue", Sharon Roberts of Eldorado. He is also survived by a son, Kenny and daughter-in-law Marlene Roberts of Sebastian, FL, two daughters, Pat Young of Eldorado and Mary Roberts of McLeansboro, IL, four grandchildren, Megan Roberts (Matt) of Carbondale, IL, Braxton Roberts (Kayla) of Melbourne, FL, Molly Parker (Dusty) of McLeansboro, IL and Sarah Bristow (Luke) of MO, great grandchildren, Taylor and Kaleb Tison of Carbondale and Bailey and Kaden Parker of McLeansboro. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, Lois Roberts and Sandy Edwards
